Hotel Rubin 4* offers a dynamic and comfortable All Inclusive sea holiday in Grand Hotel Varna Resort & Spa. The hotel is situated on the very beach.  The eight-storied hotel was recently renovated and offers 70 rooms all with sea view.  Our guests can use the parking lot in front of the hotel.
